Client must add Venice Home Watch, LLC to their insurance to cover accidents. ** Prep for season is defined as running extension cord for and attaching battery charger/maintainer, running extension cord for and attaching vehicle dryer, place Damp-Rid in the car which is provided by client, covering (if provided by client). |

| No 2 story or higher exterior work will be performed by 360 Home Watch, LLC. We do not put up nor take down hurricane shutters unless they are electric or crank up and down. We coordinate hurricane shutter service with two primary providers on our client’s behalf. The providers for this year are Good Guys Home Services and Imperial Contracting both of Port Charlotte. |

*All hourly prices are 1 hour minimum billed on the 1/4 hour thereafter unless otherwise noted. If the additional service can be coordinated with our current schedule in your area, billing time begins when we reach your home. In the event we cannot coordinate additional services with the schedule for your area the billing time begins when we leave our office location and ends when we arrive back at our office when the onsite time is less than 3 hours. When the onsite time exceeds 3 hours your charge will then be the actual onsite time, no drive time will be billed.
