We suggest a minimum of 14 days between service calls and a service call every 7 days even better. We do not provide service call frequencies beyond every 14 days (every 21 days, every 28 days or monthly). In Florida we have found too much can happen to damage your investment if service call frequencies go beyond 14 days and sometimes even 14 days proves to be problematic for some homes.
* All prices are USD. Price is per inspection of the property. Pricing is based upon total square footage of home, covered lanai, garage(s) and out building(s). Properties with a square footage as defined above that are larger than 4000 sf add $5 per each 1000 sf graduated level.
